By entering the site you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. They may vary from time to time, and by re-visiting the site you are deemed to have accepted the conditions in force at the time of your visit.
We have constructed this website in the hope that it will be of interest. Operating in good faith, we try to ensure that any information given is accurate and up to date, and we hope that any opinions expressed are correct. However, we give no warranty or guarantee of any kind, and we accept no legal responsibility or liability whatsoever to any user in respect of use of the site, or of any part of its contents, or for any error or omission contained therein. NB Management will only accept legal responsibility to clients who have requested our services, and with whom we have entered into an agreement.
NB Management may provide links and information about forthcoming concerts and events for the user's information. Users are advised to verify independently any event details, and NB Management does not accept responsibility for any incorrect information provided.
NB Management owns or has licensed the copyright for practically all of the material on this website, and such content is protected by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Where possible, acknowledgement or credit is given to photographers, but if you are concerned by any particular image, please make contact and we can discuss.
In accessing the NB Management website you agree to access the contents solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Other than to bring the site or its contents to the attention of others to whom it may be of interest, you are not permitted to copy, download, store in any medium, distribute, broadcast, republish, show in public or change in any way any part of the NB Management website for any other purpose without the prior written permission of NB Management in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable laws. Invoices must be settled in full within 28 days of the event date, and any issues arising must be raised within seven days of the invoice date. Any variation of our terms and conditions will be clearly stated on your invoice and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on that invoice. Cheques (made payable to NB Management) and/or remittance advices should be sent to PO Box 100, EAST HORSLEY, KT24 6WN. BACS transfers (quoting invoice number as reference) can be made to the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Any information which you send to us via this website will be held in strict confidence. We will be happy to confirm what information we hold about you on request. We will not rent, sell or disclose any of it to any other person. If NB Management merges with another entity or is transferred to new ownership, then we may share and/or transfer any information as may be deemed appropriate, but the above conditions will continue to apply unless otherwise agreed with you.
By sending us information about yourself and your business you consent to the use of such information as set out above and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
NB Management reserves the right to substitute personnel and vary programmes as necessary.
Unless otherwise stated, there is no security presence at any NB Management event. Clients and musicians are strongly advised to keep all valuables about their person at all times as they alone are responsible for the security of their instruments and personal belongings. NB Management will accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss, theft, or damage however caused to any musical instrument, accessory, technical equipment or any other property brought to rehearsal or concert or recording venues.
Force Majeure. NB Management will not take responsibility for any event which is outside its reasonable control.
All information is given and any opinions are expressed on the basis that English law applies. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute that may arise between NB Management and other parties in connection with use of the site or transaction of business and any such dispute will be governed by and determined in accordance with English law.
If all or any of these terms prove to be illegal or unenforceable, the other terms and the remainder of the term in question shall remain in full force and effect.
